The objective of the portal is to provide information and services pertaining to the movement of people to the city of Madrid, besides house leasing services in Madrid.
Object of the Legal Notice:
This Legal Notice regulates the conditions, access and use of the portal, its contents and the services, be they paying or free, made available to the users; this term includes both the clients and the owners of the services in the Portal. The Legal Notice will apply to all activities pertaining to the supply of information, promotion and/or the rendering of the services offered through the Portal, besides other applicable conditions.

Mad.Relocation collects, through the web forms, personal data with the sole objective of rendering the services offered in www.madrelocation.com, as well as improving the commercial relationship and managing requests made by our clients.
If you are a registered user, Mad.Relocation may use your data to send you commercial communications. You may always withdraw your consent for the sending of commercial communications at any time.
Unless otherwise indicated, without prejudice to the fact that the provision of data provided to Mad.Relocation is voluntary, the lack of supply may affected the suitable operation of the web site, or as the case may be, the proper rendering of services by Mad.Relocation.

General conditions of use:
Any person that browses and uses the portal is regarded as a user.
The user undertakes to use the Portal diligently, correctly and respectfully, particularly when publishing opinions or photographic or audiovisual work (“pictures”).
The user undertakes not to publish pictures or to refrain from making comments or actions for purposes or actions that are against the law, decency and generally accepted good customs or public order.

The User will be answerable to Mad.Relocation or any third party for any damages that may be caused as a result of the non-fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations. The Portal does not manipulate users' opinions or pictures; nevertheless, the Portal will not publish or will remove any opinions or pictures that do not fulfil the preceding conditions. Mad.Relocation is neither responsible for nor guarantees the truth and accuracy of the opinions or pictures that may be expounded by the users on its Portal.
The user acknowledges and accepts that the access to and use of the web site and/or of the services included on it is done freely and consciously, under their exclusive responsibility. The users may upload opinions and contents on questions related to the theme of the blog or to topics that may be of interest to other users. Users are solely responsible for the contents sent to the blog.
In any event, users are not allowed to submit contents that do not fulfil any of the premises of this legal notice.
